Example: I will be stronger and have mastered the snatch at 40kg, and the clean at 50kg by December 2023. I will be able to complete at least 2 reps at this weight.
To achieve this, I will workout 3-4 times per week and eat a healthy balanced diet that has an increase of carbs to build my strength. I’ll maintain my water intake every day at 2.25l and consistently get in my nutrients.
I believe that I can do this, and I won’t give up. I know that when I reach my goal, I’ll have a lot of self satisfaction so I will be happy and confident in my ability to challenge myself and achieve what I say I will. This confidence will spill out into other aspects of my life and will benefit everyone around me.
